Conditions for submission of poetry and other materials
We are happy to publish your poems! All works that you submit as your own must be your own signed work.
We will try to check for plagiarism, but it is your responsibility. Check spelling and grammar and punctuation
carefully. We will not consider careless work.
In submitting materials to yu-hu.com you agree to the following conditions:
If you are submitting your own work:
Your own materials become the shared property of yu-hu.com, and may be edited and posted without further
permission from you. You may submit your own materials elsewhere without permission of yu-hu.com, but you may not give
permission to others to use the edited version of such materials that has been posted at yu-hu.com. Your poems or other
contributions must be signed and should be accompanied by biographical information. By submitting the work, you warrant
that it is your work. You are responsible for claims of plagiarism or other damages from third parties. Minors under age
18 must provide proof of consent of a legal guardian. If you wish to publish anonymously, you may specify that your name
is not to be publicized.
If you are submitting the unpublished work of another person:
By submitting the work, you warrant that you have their permission to submit the work, that you know
that it is their work, that there are no copyright restrictions on the work and that you will take full responsibility
for claims of plagiarism or other damages from third parties.
If you are submitting a published poem or other work:
Please give the source of the work (publication and date or address on the Web) as well as the author.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the work is either in the public domain, or free of copyright restrictions that
would prevent its publication under the doctrine of fair use for educational purposes.
